Spring Woodlands Air Technicians LLC, of air conditioning repair Spring Texas, is owned by Todd Polonski.Todd started his journey into the world of Ac and heating in 1984 when he took a 2 year trade school class that was offered in high school. He was so young in fact that he was let go from his first AC job when his working papers came to the company stating that fifteen year olds are not permitted to work off of ladders and scaffolding or use power tools. Well that was that, and he had to find another form of work till he graduated high school and eventually went on to start his very own air conditioning repair Spring Texas.

Upon graduating he started with a large and reputable commercial air conditioning company were the real world education process bargain. Many of the practices he learned there are still very influential in how he runs his own air conditioning repair Spring TexasN company today. Growing weary of working for someone else’s company he took the test to acquire a Texas department of licensing and regulating air conditioning license. A test that is considered to be one of the toughest in the country, with an 80% fail rate on the first try. His years of commercial experience paid off and he did manage to pass the “A” license test on the first try. But having an air conditioning repair Spring Texas license is not enough to quit your job and go open a new company, He got his D.B.A. and started to advertise and would do two or three service calls a day on his way home from work until he had built up a large enough client base to be reasonably sure it would pay the bills.

Only 2 months after it was opened full time he had hired the company’s first two employees and bought two more trucks. We hold our company to certain standards and values so that we can give our customers the highest quality of care. Todd attributes the rapid growth of the company to a simple philosophy. “People just want to be treated fairly.”

About the staff

Staci Polonski is our wizard about the office. She takes care of all our air conditioning repair Spring Texas paperwork. Billing, warranties, bookkeeping and accounting. We would be lost without her. Without here we would absolutely be lost as she does so much for the company and maintains an amazing attitude no matter what.

Magdaleno Lopez Jr aka “JR” was the first person hired when we opened the company full time and has been with us from the beginning.
